Meet Our Executive Team
Dean K. Mosher, CEM
President
Dean is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
He brings a successful track record of experience dating back to 1995 that includes leadership positions and sales. Prior to joining Commercial Express HVAC, Dean was the Sales Manager for another large mechanical contractor in Maryland.
Dean began his career in mechanical contracting working as an estimator. In 1999, he became a journeyman sheet metal worker in New Jersey, where he worked in the field as a foreman on large construction projects in both New Jersey and New York City. During his career, Dean has held positions in Project Management, Service Management, Estimating, Sales, and field installations.
Billy Morgan
Vice President, Service Operations
Billy started his HVAC career in 1990 as a commercial service technician. He joined Commercial Express HVAC in 2002 and has been managing the companies service operations since 2006. Billy carries several master’s licenses, and with over 50 Service Technicians in the field, his leadership has strongly influenced the company’s brand of fast response, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
Gary Smith
Vice President, Installation Projects
Gary began his HVAC career in 1995 doing mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing installations. He joined Commercial Express HVAC in 2002 and developed a vast expertise in HVAC systems retrofit, replacement, and design build working with package and split systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and water cooled self-contained units. Today Gary is our VP of Installation Projects, holds several master’s licenses, and is responsible for business development, estimating, and management of the 30 team member Installation Division.
Brian Slusher
Director of Engineering
Brian Slusher has been with the company since 2008 and serves as the Director of Engineering. Brian is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineering license in VA, MD, DC, WV; and is a LEED Accredited Professional. As the Director of Engineering he oversees all commercial design-build projects, provides engineering support to the field technicians and sales team, and perpetuates a strong brand of expertise and professionalism in our industry.
